Application for Refund of Money Paid Using a Plastic Card via the Internet

9. Procedure of Returning Tickets Booked or Acquired Using the Internet

An air ticket may be returned in compliance with the applicable rules of returning tickets of Rossiya Airlines.

To return a paper ticket acquired using the Internet, you must contact the office of Rossiya Airlines that issued the ticket.

If the ticket was paid for using a plastic card, you must fill out an “Application for Refund of Money Paid Using a Plastic Card via the Internet” at the office of Rossiya Airlines.

To return an electronic ticket acquired using the Internet, you may apply to any office of Rossiya Airlines and fill out an “Application for Refund of Money Paid Using a Plastic Card via the Internet” or “Application for Refund of Money Paid by a Corporation.”

The said applications mean, among other things, your refusal of booking (in the case of Service No. 2) or refusal of the contract of carriage (in the case of Services Nos. 3 and 4)

The money will be refunded to the plastic card within 20 business days from the moment of making such an application.
