Dear passengers, for your convenience in booking tickets, «Rossiya airlines» OJSC affords you an opportunity of using the Internet for the following purposes:
1. Normal booking (service No.1) * of a passenger carriage with regular flights of the Airlines using the Internet (with subsequent payment in cash and receiving the ticket at Offices of the Airlines). This service is recommended to passengers who wish to receive an electronic ticket or a ticket on the standard paper form, however, do not have the possibility or do not want to pay for the carriage via the Internet.
2. Booking with electronic payment (service No. 2)(i.e. when the carriage can be paid for using a bank card via the Internet) and obtaining an electronic ticket. This service is recommended to passengers for whom it is convenient to pay for the carriage using the Internet.
3. Booking with electronic non-cash payment by the physical person and issuing of the electronic ticket. (service No. 3).Payment for the transportation covered by non-cash transfer of money - the Internet-Bank and payment systems.
Before you send the application for the provision of any of the above listed services filled out by you, please thoroughly read the terms set forth below:
1. Legal Relationships of the Parties
The parties to these legal relationships are:
Carrier – «Rossiya airlines» open joint stock company (hereinafter referred to as "Russia Airlines, we").
Legal address: 18/4, ul. Pilotov, St. Petersburg, 196210, the Russian Federation.
Passenger (hereinafter referred to as "Passenger, you") – any person of legal capacity under the legislation of the Russian Federation intending to enter into a contract of passenger carriage by air in the context of these Reservation Terms.
The terms "ticket reservation/booking" and "carriage reservation/booking" are identical in the text of this document.
According to article 105 of the RF Air Law and article 786 of the RF Civil Code, the fact of entering into a contract of Passenger's carriage by air shall be certified by a ticket (on a paper form or an e-ticket). In this connection, your and our joint actions of booking (including that with electronic payment) preceding the issue of the ticket on a paper form, consisting in:
A) providing to you information at this web site as to the routes of regular flights, date and time of departure, and types of rates;
B) your sending to us an electronic Application with the properties of carriage chosen by you;
C) our reply to your e-mail address, providing your personal code certifying the possibility and the fact of reservation of the carriage requested by you, -
are the parties' intention to make a contract of carriage by air by means of making a ticket taking into account the terms previously agreed upon during this reservation.
In such a case, the moment when you receive an electronic ticket or a ticket on the paper form (service No.1) is considered as the moment of entering into the contract of carriage.
The prepared electronic ticket (service No.2) provided to you in the electronic form as a route receipt is the confirmation of the made contract of carriage and does not require any additional confirmation on the standard paper form.
In this connection, we kindly ask you first to read the terms of the contract of carriage
2. Electronic Ticket Reservation and Obtaining Procedure
A) Having read these Terms, Carriage Rates and the Contract of Passenger Carriage by air, you fill out and send an electronic Application.
B) You receive a personal code in a reply electronic message.
C) If you pay with a bank card using the Internet, make such payment.
D) If a paper air ticket is to be issued, you present the personal number of the order (PNR) at a time convenient for you in the place where the ticket is made, taking into account the time required for making out tickets as stated in clause 7 of these Terms, and get the ticket (if the ticket has not been paid for, you pay at the same time).
E) In case of obtaining an e-ticket, you receive by e-mal the route receipt confirming that an electronic ticket is made for you.
You may book a ticket no later than 48 hours before departure (according to the timetable).
3. Provision of Special Meals
The Airlines can offer some extra services to you. An extra service that may be ordered using this web site is the provision of special meals. To order meals, you must check the type of meal selected by you in the form of the electronic Application for Carriage Reservation (or for carriage itself in case of obtaining an e-ticket). Special meals (if included in the Application) will be guaranteed, provided the order is placed no later than 24 hours before departure. Special meals may be provided to you on all regular flights, except for the following:
- St. Petersburg – Helsinki
- Helsinki – St. Petersburg
- St. Petersburg – Moscow (Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo)
- Moscow (Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo) – St. Petersburg.
The system of ordering special meals is used solely for your convenience and will not entail an increase in the price of the air ticket. If you have not considered it necessary to order a special meal, you will be offered a meal from the ones available on board the plane (in such a case the choice of a meal type may be restricted). Other extra services may be ordered only if you get tickets from offices of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC, the Carriage Sales Agency of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC or from the office of the authorized agent of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC.
4.1. Payment for a carriage in case of normal booking (service No. 1) is effected in cash at offices of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC and the Carriage Sales Agency of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC (Representatinos addresses).
Charge of 10 euro for each booking is to be taken in case of payment at Rossiya Airlines office.
Since the 1st of September 2013 collection of the foregoing fee (10 euro) is to be cancelled. Representative Office of the Airlines in Saint-Petersburg will collect the following fees:
- 200 RUR for ticket issuance
- 350 RUR for ticket reissuance
These fees are non-refundable.
Booked air tickets are issued by ticket offices of the own sales agency and of representative offices of Rossiya Airlines only upon producing passengers’ personal identity documents or their copies.
List of documents:
- Russian regular passport (only for flights in the RF, to Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kirghizia)
- Certificate of birth for passengers younger than 14 (only for flights in the RF, to Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kirghizia)
- Traveller’s passport
- Seafarer's passport
- Diplomatic passport
4.2. Payment for a carriage providing for electronic transfer of money (services No. 2) is effected by a bank card in compliance with the Rules of Payment by Bank Cards of your Issuer Bank with the following peculiarities:
- if you pay with a bank card, an additional fee may be applied by the Bank to your payment in connection with the interactive payment mode;
- In order to minimize unauthorized using of bank cards we reserve the right to ask You to provide us with mask copy of bank card or other documents, subject to client’s consent, that confirm the legality of payment operation made by this bank card.
- At check-in on the flight you may be asked to provide us with a document to identify your personality, bank card by which the payment has been made (or it’s scanned copy) or another documents confirming the legality of payment operation.
«Rossiya airlines» OJSC possesses the right of not issuing air tickets until payment has been effected in full.
Payment must be effected at the current rate as of the date of payment.
You may book a ticket no later than 26 hours before departure (according to the timetable). When you purchase tickets within 26-48 hours before flight departure, payment can be made only by bank card.
Change of the ticket booked via the web-site and paid by a bank card on earlier dates then the date of first reservation is produced only on presentation of the bank card that was used for payment of the first ticket.
For some flights of joint operation*, where «Rossiya airlines» OJSC is partner of another airline operating the flight, the payment is made only by bank card at time of booking.
Should the Airlines receive information on any signs of fraud with your card (e.g., any data prejudicing the fact that operations with the bank card are made by the card owner him/herself, etc.), the «Rossiya airlines» OJSC reserves the right of returning the money to the card, from which payment was effected. Information on return of payment will be sent to your electronic address (no later than 6 hours prior to the start of the ordered carriage). In such a case, payment for the booking must be effected at the office of the Airlines. The services related to electronic payment (services No. 2) are automatically replaced in such a situation by the "normal booking" service (service No.1). As this measure is aimed at ensuring the security of your money, we kindly ask you to show understanding.
*The rule applies only to flights: 4683/ 4684, 4695/ 4696, 1841/ 1842, 1743/ 1744, 4165/ 4166, 4169/ 4170, 1177/ 1178, 4310/ 4311, 4611/ 4612, 4607/ 4608, 4135/ 4136, 4816/ 4817, 4965/ 4966, 4090/ 4091, 4929/ 4930, 4391/ 4392, 4780/ 4781, 4543/ 4540. For flights not mentioned in the list, the general conditions of payment is applied.
4.3 Payment for the transportation covered by non-cash transfer of money (service No. 3) - the Internet-Bank, payment systems (electronic money) is provided by physical person amenably the rules of payment of your bank and payment systems with the following specialties:
4.3.1 OJC “Joint Rated Centre” - (further – OJC “JRC”) the Agent of OJSC "Russia Airlines" for realization of the transportations which are fulfilled by means of electronic passenger ticket, information service and the documentary support, which effects its activity in accordance with bipartite Agent's Agreement.
4.3.2 Forming the invoice for transportation payment – invoice for this payment is formed on the basis of data provided by the Carrier and the Passenger.
4.3.3 Responsibility for correctness of provided information - the Passenger is responsible for correctness of provided data of the Payer. The Carrier is responsible for correctness of provided information on transportation.
4.3.4 Delivery of the invoice for transportation payment – the invoice is sent on the e-mail pointed by the passenger during booking. Pointing the e-mail Passenger confirms that he/she has an opportunity and is ready to receive any transportation information on this e-mail address. The invoice may be loaded in personal office of Internet-Bank upon condition this Bank is connected to “INVOICEBOX” technology.
4.3.5 Payment of invoice – formed bill must be paid not later than the date written on it.
4.3.6 Failure terms of payment – in case of invoice payment or receipt of funds on the account of OJC “JRC” after expiration date of booking – reservation can be automatically cancelled by the Carrier.
4.3.7 Incomplete invoice payment – at the receipt of funds, insufficient for transportation payment, the Payer will receive the notification about incomplete invoice payment on its e-mail address
4.3.8 The overpayment of the invoice – at receipt of funds on the OJC “JRC” account in the size exceeding necessary and specified in the invoice, a difference between this sums will be paid back to the Payer within 10 bank days on his bank account.
4.3.9 OJC “JRC” operations procedure at violation by the Payer of terms of payment and reservation cancellation by the Carrier:
- At receipt of funds after the reservation expiration, the Payer on the e-mail address receives the notice of receipt of funds after the expiration of reservation and an activation code for use of the arrived funds, in favor of payment of new booking. At repeated booking of transportation by the Customer of OJC “JRC” makes changes in originally invoice in the form of actual data of the reservation, including possible change of cost of the transportation. The changed invoice is directed to the Customer according to item of 4 existent rules.
- Under no event the Payer or the Customer must tell somebody the activate code including OJC “JRC” staff or the Carrier.
4.3.10 Operations procedure of the Passenger in case of failure of payment terms and cancellation of reservation by the Carrier – after receiving of an notice with activation code about receipt of funds after the booking expiration the Customer has possibility:
A) Make repeated reservation on the web-site of the Carrier with the same data of previously made reservation, including:
- Surname, name of the passenger
- Contact telephone number
- E-mail address
Further point an activation code received with the notice in the column “activate the payment”.
B) If the cost of transportation is higher than the sum of funds of overdue reservation, the Customer will receive an notice according to the item 7 existent rules.
C) If the cost of transportation is less than the sum of funds of overdue reservation, the difference in cost will be paid back to the Customer according to the item 8 existent rules.
D) If there is no any activities from the Customer side within 7 calendar days after receiving the notice, funds will be refunded to the Payer in 10 working days.
4.3.11 Responsibility for passing of activation code - passenger is morally and financially responsible for passing the activation code to a third party.
4.3.12 Sending of the electronic notice to the Carrier about the payment of transportation – The electronic notice used for providing of electronic ticket is sent to the Carrier after receiving by accounting system of OJC “JRC” an information about writing off the funds from the corresponded bank account of the Payer as it is pointed in the invoice, but not later than two hours after incoming funds on the corresponded bank account of Payee pointed in the invoice.
4.3.13 Restrictions of responsibility concerning the terms of writing off of money from the bank account of the Payer – the Carrier is not responsible for writing off of money from the corresponded bank account of the Payer. Relations between the Payer and the bank concerning the terms of payment, additional levy and commissions are regulated by an Agreement of Bank service and other documents of Payer’s Bank.
4.3.14 Restrictions of responsibility concerning the terms of sending of an electronic notice - OJC “JRC” reserves the right to send an electronic notice to automated reservation system of the Carrier for providing with electronic ticket only after receipt of funds to the operating account of OJC “JRC”
4.3.15 The refund of funds after refusal from transportation - the refund of funds after refusal from transportation is provided in accordance with the rules of transportation and applicable legislation. The sum of money for refund is determined by the Carrier and sent to the operational Bank account of the Payer within 5 bank days from the moment of receiving the order from the Carrier. The refund is made only by means of non-cash payment.
5. Currency Conversion
At the web site the rate is given in the currency of the country of departure. Payment must be effected in Russian roubles according to the currency exchange rate of IATA (International Air Transport Association).
Attention! Dear passengers, if a currency other than Russian roubles is the currency of your bank card, your servicing bank will deduct a fee for currency conversion. The amount of payment for currency conversion is established by the Bank servicing your credit card. The said fees will be written off by the Bank from your account in excess of the ticket price. The said fees are not an income of the Airlines. The Airlines is not a party to legal relationships connected with conversion and does not bear any liability for it.
6. Air Tickets Issue Procedure
You may obtain and get a ticket (services No. 1 and No. 2), i.e. enter into a contract of carriage:
- upon complete advance payment – at any time before the end of the check-in for a flight at the ticket office chosen by you;
- if no advance payment has been made – within 24 hours from the moment of reservation at the ticket office chosen by you. If the ticket has not been made out within the said time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the booked seat will be put on sale.
ATTENTION: Dear passengers, please note that the procedure of making out a ticket takes a certain time (normally 5 to 15 minutes). In this connection, we recommend that you obtain the ticket in advance before the check-in for the flight is over, taking into account the time required for issuing it. If you have chosen a city ticket office, the recommended time of getting the ticket is 5 hours before the departure of the flight according to the time-table. Check-in will take place on the basis of produced tickets only.
When getting the ticket, you must produce your personal identity documents. If you travel with children, you must produce documents certifying their age.
ATTENTION: Dear passengers, from the moment the ticket is issued the contract of carriage is considered as having been entered into, which endows you with certain rights and imposes certain obligations on you in accordance with the RF Air Law and other statutory acts. In this connection, prior to obtaining a ticket, please find out from an agent or representative of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC all issues that are essential for you and get familiarized with the Carriage Rules of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC. The fact that you have received an air ticket means that you agree to and know about the terms of the carriage.
7. Peculiarities of Making out Electronic Air Tickets On-line
An electronic air ticket may be made out on-line, provided the following conditions are met:
- a ticket can be electronically obtained on the direction chosen by you;
- complete advance payment for the carriage using a plastic card at the moment of the order. In case of payment in cash, an electronic ticket cannot be obtained on-line.
If a sale receipt (*) is needed for the paid booking, one should apply to the Carriage Sales Agency of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC in St. Petersburg within 24 hours from the moment of payment or get a duplicate of it within a month's time at the Carriage Sales Agency of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC in St. Petersburg or at the office of the Airlines in Moscow. If it is impossible to apply to the said offices in Moscow or St. Petersburg, you may receive it by mail, applying to any of the offices and filing a respective application.
To obtain an electronic ticket, you must state the number of the personal identity document. Such a document will have to be produced during the check-in for the flight.
A route receipt will be sent to your electronic address as a confirmation of the fact of acquisition of the electronic ticket. The route receipt contains complete information on the route, form and details of payment for the carriage in the same way as a paper ticket. We recommend you to print it and keep it with you throughout your flight.

Attention! An electronic air ticket, like a paper air ticket, is a document certifying a contract of air carriage between a passenger and the Airlines. The fact that you have received an electronic air ticket means that you agree to and know about the terms of the carriage.
* ATTENTION: for business trip reporting purposes, etc., we recommend you to keep the printed route receipt, the boarding pass and the sale receipt.
8. Procedure of Returning Air Tickets Booked or Acquired Using the Internet
An air ticket may be returned in compliance with the applicable rules of returning tickets of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC.
To make a refund for a paper ticket booked via the Internet You need to address to representative office of “Rossiya-Airlines” OJSC that has established the ticket.
To make a refund for the ticket booked in agency You need to address to the place where the ticket was booked.
To make a refund for the ticket booked in representative office of “Rossiya-Airlines” OJSC by cash or by bank card You need to address to the representative office where the ticket was established.
For return tickets paid by bank card via web-site of “Rossiya airlines” OJSC you need to fill in the electronic form of «The Application for refund of money paid for tickets using bank cards via Internet » .
For return tickets paid via Internet-bank or «WebMoney» you need to fill in the electronic form of « The Application for refund of money paid for tickets via Internet-bank or «Web Money» .
In the Application it is necessary to point all names, surnames and ticket numbers of passengers for whom the refund must be proceeded, the whole itinerary or a part of the itinerary (all flight numbers and dates of this flights) to cancel the reservation.
After filling and sending the Application You will receive a copy of the Application on your e-mail with number and date of it sending. The original of the Application will be sent to the Air Carriage Sale Agency of “Rossiya Airlines” OJSC for refund procedure.
The specified Application is also your refusal from booking and/or concluded a treaty of transportation.
The refund of money is processed within 10 working days from the moment of filling the Application .

The return of tickets is fulfilled in accordance with the “Rossiya Airlines” OJSC rules of ticket return which are in force and due to the fare application rules used for tickets. The passenger bears all the responsibility for reliability of data written in the Application for refund of money. In case of incorrect filling of the Application “Rossiya Airlines” OJSC reserves the right not to take for consideration the Application for refund of money. If you have any questions regarding the filling of the Application for refund of money, You may write on the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Acceptance of the Terms and Restrictions
Having sent an electronic application, you accept the said Terms. You consider the information provided to you as sufficient. You agree that «Rossiya airlines» OJSC reserves the right of changing, supplementing or deleting a part of the Terms at any time at its discretion. You must review the Terms from time to time for any changes made. Using the web site after changes have been made, you agree to accept such changes irrespective of whether you have got familiarized with them or not.
Making an Internet booking you agree with specified above Conditions and agree with using, processing, keeping and cross-border transfer of personal data received by "Rossiya-Airlines" OJSC at booking and issuing of the ticket (s).
If you do not agree to anything of the said Terms and Restrictions, you have the right not to use this web site for reserving a carriage.
10. Using the Web Site
The web site is provided on the "as is" basis. «Rossiya airlines» OJSC does not bear any liability for the possibility of your access to or use of the site, or for any failures or interruptions in operation and, as a consequence, impossibility to complete reservation. «Rossiya airlines» OJSC does not guarantee absence of harmful computer viruses in the Internet.
11. User's Obligations
You agree to bear the following obligations without restrictions. You must be older than 18. You assume financial liability for actions performed under your name or from your credit card. You guarantee that all information provided by you about you or your relatives is true and reliable. You agree that you are ready and have the possibility to receive to the address stated by you (in the process of using any Internet service dealt with here) any information related to the carriage ordered by you. The web site may not be used for speculative, false or fraudulent reservations. Distribution of threatening, slanderous, pornographic, political or racist materials or other illegal materials is prohibited. The content of the web site or any of its parts may not be changed, copied, transferred, distributed or licensed by you, except for the cases of copying information from the site for your personal non-profit purposes.
12. Denial of Access
«Rossiya airlines» OJSC reserves the right to deny access to the web site at any time without prior notice.
13. Liability of «Rossiya airlines» OJSC

14. Force Majeure
«Rossiya airlines» OJSC will bear no liability for fulfilling reservation obligations in an event of force majeure. Such events include: interference of a government, wars, civil unrest, strikes, capture of hostages, acts of terrorism, fires, floods, accidents and economic factors that may have impact on Russia Airlines or on its suppliers.
15. Changes in the Web Site
«Rossiya airlines» OJSC may change any part of the web site or its content, including routes, rate application rules, payment methods, etc.
16. Copyright Protection
All rights of copying and property rights related to the web site and its content are held by Russia Airlines. All materials published at the web site are owned by «Rossiya airlines» OJSC and its assignees, unless it is especially stated that a third party holds a certain right.
17. Changing the Terms and Restrictions
