Prior to sending a reservation request filled out by you, please thoroughly read the terms of booking set forth below: 1. Legal Relationships relationship between the PartiesAccording to article 105 of the RF Air Law and article 786 of the RF Civil Code, the fact of entering into a contract of Passenger's transportation by air shall be certified by a ticket. In this connection, your and our joint actions consisting in: consists of : A) providing to you with information on this web site regarding the routes of regular flights, date and time of departure, and types of rates; B) your electronic Request with the properties of transportation chosen by you; C) our reply to your e-mail address, providing you with your personal code certifying the possibility and the fact of reservation of the transportation requested by you, - are the parties' intention is to make a contract of transportation by air. meaning that making a ticket taking into account the terms previously agreed upon this reservation. Reservation Procedure

Only persons of 18 years of age and older are entitled to reservation. A person who books a ticket may reserve transportation for him/herself and for underage children accompanied by him/her. In such a case: A) If a ticket is booked for a infant (under 2 years of age) accompanied by an adult, no separate seat is provided to the infant. In such a case, the price of the flight for a Infant, who does not occupy a separate seat, is: · 10% of the rate applied for an adult passenger's flight on international lines, and · free of charge, unless there are any special terms of applying such a rate, on domestic lines; B) If tickets are booked for two infants accompanied by one adult passenger, reservation must be made for one infant as for a infant (without a separate seat) and for the other – as for a passenger (with a separate seat). In such a case, the price of the flight for the second infant (who occupies a separate seat) is: · 67% of the rate applied for an adult's flight (i.e., like for a child from 2 to 12 years old) on international lines, and · 50% on domestic lines; C) If a ticket is booked for a child (from 2 to 12 years old), a separate seat is provided to the child. The price of a flight is: · 67% of the rate applied for an adult's flight on international lines, and · 50% on domestic lines; D) If a ticket is booked for an adult passenger, including a child older than 12 years of age, a separate seat is provided to the passenger. The Airlines can offer some extra services to you. An extra service to be booked using this web site is the provision of special meals. To reserve meals, you must check the type of meal selected by you in the form of the electronic Transportation Reservation Request. Special meals may be provided to you on all regular flights, except for the following: · St. Petersburg – Helsinki · Helsinki – St. Petersburg · · The system of ordering special meals is used solely for your convenience and will not result in an increased price of the air ticket. If you do not consider it necessary to order a special meal, you will be offered a meal from the ones available on board the plane (in such a case the choice of a meal type may be restricted). Payment for booked transportation may be effected as follows: · in cash at representative offices of FSUE STC RUSSIA and the Transportation Sales Agency of FSUE STC · by a bank card, in compliance with the Rules of Payment by Bank Cards with the following peculiarities: o - if you pay with a bank card, an additional fee may be applied to your payment in connection with the interactive payment mode; o - to ensure flight safety, the owner of the card, with which payment is effected, must be one of the booked travellers; o - when buying a flight, you must produce your card and personal identification document; o - to minimize illegal use of bank cards, we reserve the right of requesting you to send us by fax or by mail a confirmation of your address or a copy of the plastic card. The STC RUSSIA possesses the right not to issue air tickets until payment has been effected in full. Payment must be effected at the current rate as of the date of payment. 6. Currency Conversion
At this web site the rate is given in the currency of the country of departure. Payment must be effected in Russian roubles according to the currency exchange rate of IATA (International Air Transport Association). To determine the price of the air ticket in Russian roubles, the currency converter must be used. Attention! Dear passengers, if a currency other than Russian roubles is the currency of your bank card, your servicing bank will deduct a fee for currency conversion. The amount of payment for currency conversion is established by the Bank servicing your credit card. The said fee will be written off by the Bank from your account in excess of the ticket price. The said fee is not an income of the Airlines. The Airlines is not a party to legal relationships connected with conversion and does not bear any liability for it. 7. Procedure of Obtaining Air Tickets
You may obtain and get a ticket, i.e. enter into a contract of transportation: · upon complete advance payment – at any time before the end of check-in for a flight at the ticket office chosen by you; · if no advance payment has been made – within 48 hours from the moment of reservation at the ticket office chosen by you. If the ticket has not been issued within the said time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the booked seat will be put on sale. Attention! Dear passengers, please take into account that the procedure of issuing a ticket takes a certain time (normally 5-15 minutes). In this connection, we recommend that you obtain the ticket in advance before the end of check-in for the flight, taking into account the time required for issuing it. If you have chosen a city ticket office, the recommended time of getting the ticket is 5 hours before the departure of the flight according to the time-table. Check-in will take place on the basis of produced tickets only. When getting the ticket, you must produce your personal identification documents. If you travel with children, you must produce documents certifying their age. Attention!
